On Thursday, 14 Oct, my parents and I joined another family on your Sound of Music Tour given by Jurgen and I wanted to take a moment to express how much we appreciated him. His knowledge, patience, and warm personality made for an extremely relaxed and pleasant morning tour. Everybody loved him. He was very professional and personable, and he went out of his way to make sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and happy.
Please give Jurgen our thanks and well wishes. And let him feel free to contact me if he ever plans to visit Philadelphia in the USA!
