Dear "Bob's Tours" folks, I wanted to write and thank you for the great job one of your tour guides did last week. I was on a fabulous SOM tour with Kathi when I wiped out on the summer bobsled and needed medical attention. Kathi was wonderful! She insisted that I see the Doctor when I didn't think I needed to. She was helpful, professional and quickly got me to a doctor and the medical care I needed (stitches). She also made sure my two 15 year old nices who were with me were well taken care of. She stayed with me and made sure I was well taken care of at the Dr. office. And she was able to continue and complete our whole tour so that my little accident didn't rob the whole group of the rest of the tour. She's the best!
Despite my souvenir stitches, the SOM Tour was wonderful and one of our favorite memories. We were already pretty knowledgable about the truth and the fiction on the film, but seeing the beautiful locations and learning so much about the area was great. We are definately glad that we decided to book with Bob's Tours and especially thankful that Kathi was our guide! You should give her a big raise!
