We have a wonderful tour with Luke who is very humorous and knowledgable. He really makes the tour very fun and enjoyable. The duration of the tour is also very sufficient. Superb.

My wife and I just finished the special small group tour today (Sunday) with Silvia. She was extremely attentive to all of us and managed her time well. Quite a challenge on a stunningly beautiful Sunday. Silvia has great energy and palpable enthusiasm for the area and what the film has meant to it. Silvia even sang and danced a little bit with us. She has a great sense of humor. The group decided it wanted to make a stop at a restaurant above one of the lakes. It was an unexpected and welcome treat. There was a local festival going on in Mondsee in front of the basilica. Silvia gave us some extra time to take it all in. We ended at Mirabell Gardens. Smiles, hugs and thank yous all around. My wife and I had enjoyed a concert at the Palace and a walk in the gardens last night. So, we asked Silvia if we could ride back to the tour office with her. It is only a few meters from where we are staying. Silvia graciously allowed us to do that, a final indication of the attentive, individua1 care she was clearly trying to give each one of us. I think that kind of effort is especially important for those of us who want a small group tour experience. Hats off to you, Silvia. Also, I booked in advance online. The person who corresponded with me, and the young man in the office this morning, were both extremely courteous and kind. Hats off to both of them. And hats to you, Bob, whoever you are. Thank you so much.
