It is related to the Sound of Music Tour
My parents (80 and 81 years old) and I took the Sound of Music Tour on Monday Aug 06, 2012. Bob’s Special Tours and this tour were HIGHLY recommended by brother Marsh Drege who took the Sound of Music tour with his wife Ann Siegle and his mother-in-law Ruth Siegle 2 summers ago. Bob’s Special Tours was again HIGHLY recommended by my other brother Lance Drege and his wife Karen Beres who took the Sound of Music Tour the Monday before we did (July 30, 2012).
I am disappointed with what is frankly false advertising on your website. We did not have a min-van and were not able to get close to some of the tour sites so unfortunately we had to walk a long way and/or simply decided not to get off the bus because it was too far to walk. We were left at Mirabel Gardens in the rain, when your website specifically says that you can drive us back our hotel or drop us in Old Town. Unfortunately I will not be able to continue the tradition of recommending Bob’s Special Tours.

We generally tour with nine seater vans; if you travel with bigger groups or need a tour guide for your own bus just let us know! (NOT TRUE)
Where will I be dropped off at the end of the tour?
After the morning tour we can bring you to the train station or our office at Rudolfskai 38 near Mozart square. In the evening we can drive you back to your hotel in Salzburg or drop you off in the Old Town. (NOT TRUE)
