Obviously, we didn\'t take the X-Mas tour in August, but I had to select something so that I could provide feedback. : ) First of all, thanks so much to the company. Bob\'s Special Tours happily customized a trip to Eisriesenwelt Ice Cave and Hellbrun for us. Second, many thanks to Juergen who was personable and knowledgeable. We felt very fortunate to be with him (no other guests) and have him all to ourselves for these two destinations. He is truly one of a kind!
