With reference to your feedback of 7thJuly.
We are very sorry to hear, that you did not enjoy your tour.
However, we are surprised that no comment was made at the time.
You might guess how difficult it is to follow the exact circumstances at this distance in time; the most reasonable time for a complaint would have been directly after the tour - either to the guide or directly to the company.
Whilst we take notice that you apparently had problems on this tour, we find it surprising, that the other three guests on this particular tour have not contacted us with any complaints.
As we value our good reputation, we take your feedback seriously, and we would appreciate receiving an e-mail from you to which we could respond directly.

We are very very disappointed. Firstly we cannot select a tour guide because he is not listed. Sure he took us on the tour but only just.
