Dear Bob's Special Tours, just wanted to thank you for your such a wonderful and friendly tour we took with Bruno on Saturday the 29th of November 08. Wanted you also to know how nice our first impression of your company was, from the phone call to the visit in the office. I am so sorry, but have forgotten the office lady's name, but wanted you to know that she was wonderful. We just love doing business with such a nice friendly crew.
