Rosa Marie was the absolute best.
Not only was she prompt, she was very informative of both the film and Austrian culture and politics. She had an excellent knowledge of the city and what her customers were interested in. But, MOST IMPORTANTLY !! Rosa was our NURSE!! She would not abandon us when my wife hurt her knee. Rosa took us to the hospital and sat with us until she could deliver us back to our hotel. She was SO NICE, and gave SO MUCH NEEDED advice. She was our angel, protector, and confidant when our day was looking bleak. I could not imagine a better employee than Rosa. She gave us such a good impression of Bob's and of the goodness in the people of Austria, that we will go out of our way to tell all of our friends that Bob's is the only worthwhile tour. I am a VP of a 150 person company and I don't know of one employee who would be so kind and considerate to a customer as your Rosa was to us. Just Fabulous. Please consider giving Rosa promotions and extras because she represented your company so well. When anyone of our friends or aquaintences gets near Salzburg, we will surely recommend Bob's and their wonderful employee, Rosa. We were stunned by her kindness and consideration.
