We are very very disappointed. Firstly we cannot select a tour guide because he is not listed. Sure he took us on the tour but only just.
No atmosphere, no enthusiasm, no music. Tour guide said he was not interested in the tour as it was boring. We chose you for the small, intimate experience. What we got was a conveyor belt tour with an unenthusiastic, sometimes rude guide. The bus was untidy, uncomfortable and not as it is on the website. There was no aircon and with the windows open to try and get air into the cabin (unsuccessfully) the commentary (again what little there was) was inaudible to anyone but the man in the front.
We travelled over two hours to go on this tour and was the whole reason for our holiday to Austria. You did not spoil our holiday but the day was ruined and we realise we should have gone with another tour operator. We can never get that back but the least you can do is offer us a full refund for this unpleasant experience. I look forward to receiving your confirmation of 180 euros being recredited to my account. I trust your reputation is of sufficient value to honour this request.
