We were on the Sound of Music tour with Christian last Sunday the 17th of August. There were 6 of us all together, myself and my family (4) and another couple from the states. They chose to sit in the front of the van with Christian making their vantage point with him better. What I wanted to be a special experience for my daughter who is a theater major turned into a tour that we were there for but not part of. We enjoyed seeing the sites and having them explained to us, but while driving, many times, in fact most of the time, Christian\'s time was spent conversing with the other couple. He didn\'t engage us for the most part most of the time. I felt and so did my family that we were cheated. This tour was a major expense for us and we saved for it and I certainly don\'t feel as though we got our money\'s worth or a personal experience. The tour and the route and the sites were incredible, but we could have had that same experience on a larger less expensive tour. We chose you for a personal experience and again, I can\'t stress enough that we felt cheated and let down. At the end of the tour, we had to tell Christian that we needed to be brought back to the office. He almost left us at Mirabell Gardens. We had to tell him that we needed to be returned to the office. In the future, I would recommend that this be discussed in advance and made clear. I could continue writing but this would become a rant instead of a review so I will close.
